24 Day Challenge Coming Soon!
Coach Panda and I are taking on a 24 day challenge of clean eating after Thanksgiving. We both love working out and staying active but have a harder time consistently eating clean and healthy. We love sweets! However, we know the foundation of healthy living is good nutrition so we’re going back to the basics.
Our goal with this challenge is to eat clean so that we can rebuild healthy eating habits, fuel our workouts better and lean out. We’ll be documenting our daily progress so that you guys can see what we’re eating and how we’re working out.
This isn’t a crash diet or anything that will be detrimental to our health. In fact, we’ll be eating real whole foods that you can get at a local farmer’s market or grocery store. Anyone can follow this guide so whether your goal is to lose some weight or if you’re an athlete and want to fuel your workouts better then this will work. Of course there will be some tweaking in the portion size depending on where you’re at currently and what your goals are but the type of food you’ll be eating is the same; namely, whole real food.
